Bruceography is a photography service based in Canada. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our website and client gallery.

Information We Collect

• Email address — used to grant access to your gallery. Provided when your account is created.
• Sign-in data — if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive only your verified email address. We do not access any other account data.
• Gallery activity — photos you love, comments you leave, and share links you create. Stored to provide the service.
• Server logs — IP address and browser type, retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

How We Use It

• To provide access to your private photo gallery.
• To send activity notifications within the service.
• To maintain security and prevent unauthorised access.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Google and Microsoft Sign-In

Signing in via Google or Microsoft redirects you to that provider's login page. We receive only your email address to verify you are an authorised client. Your use of those services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

Your Photos

Photos are stored on a private, self-hosted server in Canada. They are not publicly accessible unless you create a share link.

Cookies

We use cookies and session storage only to maintain your login session. No third-party tracking cookies are used. Cloudflare (our CDN provider) may set security cookies — see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for up to 2 years from your last active session. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at [email protected] and it will be removed within 30 days.
